KIBO evaluates each institution based on performance, professional capacity, and the suitability of its advisory operations.

The assessment includes the following:

• Number of M&A transactions completed over the last three years

• Professional capability and expertise of advisory personnel

• Expertise and qualifications of the firm’s leadership

• Quality and feasibility of proposed advisory plans

• Ability to collaborate effectively with KIBO
