AI M&A Firm WMD Hosts 2nd Seminar

AI-based M&A advisory firm WMD is scheduled to hold its second seminar on 'The Future of AI-based M&A and the Role of DEAL SCOPE' on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2 PM on the 31st floor of Lotte World Tower, SKY 31 Convention. 

Following the successful hosting of the first seminar on December 4, 2024, it will once again be held at the same venue on the 31st floor of Lotte World Tower, SKY 31 Convention.

In this seminar, strategies for rapidly securing quality deals and optimizing investment decisions by utilizing AI for deal sourcing and matching will be shared.

Particularly, personalized deal recommendations for acquirers and the disclosure of ongoing M&A deals by WMD are expected to attract significant attention from industry insiders.

DEAL SCOPE is a platform that integrates AI algorithms into M&A to analyze the investment preferences of potential buyers and recommend optimal acquisition and divestiture opportunities. It will be unveiled for the first time at this seminar. Opportunities to demonstrate and experience the DEAL SCOPE system, as well as the latest trends and strategies in AI-based M&A, will be offered at this seminar.

Moreover, all presentations and demonstrations will be led by Jemin Lee, a KPMG alumnus, engineer, accountant, and lawyer, allowing participants to experience the practical application of DEAL SCOPE firsthand.

A networking session will also be provided, offering opportunities to build industry networks.
