WMD Launches AI M&A Platform 'DealScope'

AI-based M&A advisory firm WMD has officially launched its independently developed M&A matching platform, ‘DEAL SCOPE.’

DEAL SCOPE is an integrated M&A platform that analyzes the buyer's investment tendencies and acquisition strategies using AI to selectively recommend potential high-probability deals.

Buyers can focus on key listings without unnecessary searches, significantly improving the efficiency of the M&A process. Conversely, sellers can quickly find suitable buyers, saving time and costs for both parties.

The platform aims to address the inefficiencies of the traditional structure where parties had to explore listings themselves, focusing on breaking the structural limitations in the SME M&A market.

The industry has assessed that it achieves optimization of deal closures by securing both ‘efficiency’ and ‘security’. DEAL SCOPE automates essential M&A contracts such as NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), LOI (Letter of Intent), and MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) through electronic signatures, reducing time and procedure. It is designed to disclose sensitive information only to verified buyers by implementing business card verification and a staged information disclosure system.
